This explains what PedVault, run by [OPERATOR NAME], keeps about you, why, and what you can do about it.

What we keep

Photos

Every photo is re-saved by our server before it's kept. That removes the location and camera details phones store inside photos, so they can't leak through a shared link.

On your devices

The app keeps a copy of your vault on each device you sign in on, so it works offline. Signing out removes that copy, and so does turning a lost device off in Settings: its copy is wiped the next time it connects. On iPhone, add the app to your Home Screen, or Safari may clear it after a week without a visit.

Cookies

PedVault uses no advertising, tracking or analytics cookies, and no third-party scripts on its pages. The app keeps your vault in your device's own storage, as described above. The website's account pages (signing up, confirming your email, resetting your password) use cookies only to protect those forms from forgery and to keep track of where you are in the process.
